We produce approx. 90,000 bottles per year (as of 2013), the majority of which is Wiener Gemischter Satz, followed by Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger, Riesling, Muscatel, Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Welschriesling and Chardonnay. We also produce Rosé and, for red wine lovers, Zweigelt and Blauburger as well as our Cuvée 'Rebecca' from Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. Our range is completed by an extra-dry sparkling wine (Welschriesling & Grüner Veltliner) and a fruity Frizzante Rosé Zweigelt.
Due to increasig demand we extended our traditional cellar in 2013 and upgraded it with state-of-the-art technology. However, the close proximity of our vineyards and cellar remains our biggest advantage, as it allows us to keep waiting times between harvest and pressing at a minimum. In other words, we are able to process only the freshest grapest. It is one of the basic prerequisites when producing pure and fruity wines. They excel in terms of digestibility and are ideal to accompany any meal.
Thomas Huber is a member of the vintners' association WIEN WEIN: He is the sixth and youngest member of the group, whose aim it is to cultivate tradtional Wiener Gemischten Satz that will be among the best of the excellent DAC wines. (DAC is an acronym for Districtus Austriae Controllatus and is a regionally typical designation)
